Q. How far ahead should I call a caterer?
A. As soon as you have an idea for an event. We can help you walk through the planning stages and help you with food suggestions and pricing.
Q. How far ahead should I call the bakery for a decorated cake?
A. At least 2-3 days notice is appreciated. A community bakery does not generally keep frozen cakes ready to decorate on a moments notice.
Q. Why do caterers sometimes need to reprice their quotes?
A. The price of food continues to go up as you know if you visit the grocery store. Food suppliers are no different. Prices may differ from delivery to delivery. It is a good idea to know a preliminary cost ahead and then have us reprice it closer to the event so there are no surprises and the menu can be tweaked if necessary to stay within budget.
